R56 JCW Shift ****/boot & e-break handle/boot install

Does anyone know were I can get official/unofficial install instructions for the JCW Shift ****/boot & e-break handle/boot? I have seen plenty of posts about the R53 but not the R56. The official install guide for the R50/R52/R53 seems to leave off the boot installation as well.

I'm looking to get these parts but I don't want to go in blind.

I did the e handle on my last mcs. I was really disappointed at the final product. It requires gluing the handle back on. Maybe you should consider buying one from Robin. He seems to have figured out how to make the handle rigid.

Glue?!

We don't need no stinking glue. I use an anodized aluminum adaptor with stainless steel set screw. These are machine to my specs by my cousin's production machine shop in Oklahoma. They also produce my line of amateur astronomy telescope parts.

Yeah, I was pretty pissed off that I had to glue my $$ JCW e brake handle on. Umm, and MINI is cool with that?

I did a writeup for the install when I did it. Its only for the shift **** when I changed to the JCW. I wish I had taken pictures of the e-brake install. I installed the handle with set screws to keep it in place,so there was no glue involved.

Hope this sorta helps, for the shift ****:

Thanks for the link! Can you elaborate on your set screw install for the e break? The idea of gluing it turned me off from getting the part.
