Difference between 2006 JCW and GP

What does the gp have that increases hp over the 2006 jcw? I know it is lighter because of no rear seats. Any other differences.

Slightly different engine tuning gives claimed 6hp increase over JCW - max revs increase may explain much of it
Intercooler larger - more efficient

Many of the differences are elsewhere than under the hood!
