The gaskets required are inexpensive.

You'll need:
O-Ring 11-51-7-509-186 goes on the Water Pump drive
Gasket 11-61-1-173-671 Intake Manifold
Gasket 11-61-0-020-836 SC Exit
Gasket 17-51-1-520-044 SC Intake

LOL
I was thinking that maybe he shouldnt do the repair either. I mean if you have to ask about replacing a gasket maybe repairing the vehicle is a little out of your range.

Gaskets are sold seperately. They don't come with a new or used S/C.

I just checked with these guys and the lady is quoting $700 for the repair, at that price I would buy reman from MIMI the next time I need one.

I recommend checking Ebay daily... I just recently bought a new M45 supercharger for $400... had no need for one, but at that price, it's cheap insurance.

Has there been any thoughts to just replacing the gear driven pump with an electric pump? I haven't searched NAM or Google for that...

Hello there, I've got a whistling noise coming from the SC, especially when the engine is cold. I think that I don't have any power loss but this noise begins to worry me. A loose hose ? SC dieing ? My Mini has 138000km and is from September 2002. I also have a -15% Alta pulley.

Any idea ?

Mine had a grinding metallic noise lke a bearing failure. Not sure what a whistling noise is except an air leak from a hose.
