JCW AERO Kit VDC Install time?

For those who had their JCW Aero Kit installed at the VDC, how long did it take from when the car landed in Charleston to when it got to your dealer? I would imagine they would have the kits painted and ready to install so it shouldn't take too long.

My car landed on 8/31 is getting the kit installed and is expected to arrive at my dealer in St. Louis on 9/8.

Hey STLMINI, my car arrived in Charleston on 9/9. The only thing I'm having done at the VDC is the JCW aero kit. I'm waiting to hear when it will be done there and on its way here (Chicago). I was told the kit typically only adds a day or two, but we'll see. Do you have yours yet?

I finally did hear today that my car will be in St. Louis on Monday. That makes it over 2 weeks at the VDC.

Any word why? I'm hoping it's not standard for it to take 2 weeks at the VDC for the aero kit.

From what I've seen, two weeks is about average if you are getting the aero kit.

Mine arrived at the VDC on 8/17. I picked it up at the dealer on 8/31. That should give you an idea.

My car arrived at the VDC on 08-10-07, and I picked it up at the dealer on 09-01-07. It would have been longer if I had not asked the Sales Mgr to call the VDC and have a priority set on my car.

Thanks. Mine has been at the VDC for a week now, so I guess I've got another 7-10 days of waiting.

Has anyone got the JCW aero kit installed at the VDC very recently? How long did your car stay at the VDC? I am trying to get an idea about the current waiting time for cars getting the JCW aero kit installed at the VDC. My dealer told me a 3 week delay but I think that's too long and unrealistic. I sure hope my dealer is wrong!
