JCW CF bonnet scoop doesn't fit!!!

I just picked up my '07 MCS CR/B on saturday and bought JCW CF mirror caps and installed, but it doesn't seem to fit tightly. I tried to jiggle it every direction and finally got it on but it still leaves some gaps. anyone experienced this problem? should i ask for exchange? thanks in advance.

Is it from an R53? Does the R53 and the R56 have the same scoop size?

well, i assume they gave me the correct mirror caps. i told them i bought a '07 (R56) MCS.

Pay attention when you go to the dealer because there are 2 different versions of the mirrors caps: one is for manual folding mirrors and the other is for electric folding mirrors.
Look inside,they have few minors differencies...
