I'm holding my breath here.
Anybody know how much they'll be (installed)?

These are not dealer-installed kits...
They are factory only, unless you are talking about the body-kit which is avail. from the dealer...

I've read the stage 1 JCW kit will be dealer installed, at least initially.

The stage 1 kit will be dealer installed. The factory JCW Cooper S will be all factory installed parts.

My dealer has no word on availability yet, or if the parts can be bought/installed separately. I really only want the exhaust, but I may have to buy the whole kit. We'll see.

That's what I thought. If I remember from the R53 production, JCW engine performance kits were initially dealer installed options, then were later made available as factory installed options like the JCW brake kit.

Rattmobbins,
I too am thinking this route instead of the 3rd Party route. I'm just worried about warranty/service work while having 3rd party gear on.

Absolutely! Unless you have money comin' out the anus, why risk throwing a 4 year/50,000 mile warranty down the drain by adding a bunch of aftermarket gear? I'd much rather spend a little more on the JCW stuff and have it be fully covered under the factory warranty! It's a win-win in my book. Just my $.02.
