Interior/Exterior Removing OEM Head Unit
Bad BD posting in 2nd gen forum!
Removing the head unit on your 1st gen is very easy!
1) remove 2 screws and "pop" trim panel below center speedo to obtain down tube clearance
2) remove down tubes with 2 torx per tube
3) remove 4 torx holding head unit in car
4) unclip wiring harness
5) drink beer!
One of the easier things to do in the whole interior, seriously!
Cheers,
Ryan
