Anybody Know?

All I want is a chrome round shifter ball that will snap in place of the factory **** on the factory shifter. Every where I look I can't find one. Its always those goof looking pistol grip styles, like some of the Momo ones. I thought I saw one somewhere but cant remember.

They're pricey as heck, but everyone that has them says they're the best shift ***** out there. He can do anything, from simple to customized. Good luck!

Try http://www.jegs.com or http://www.summitracing.com/ ?

Summit lets you search by thread size, or some have adapters for different threads

Most of the cheaper aftermarket ***** have a simple rubber grommit and do not fit the fatter MINI shift shaft (mine didn't anyway - I have a pool ball shifter **** from thehotrodgirl.com and I had to secure mine to the shaft with silicone). The Whalen shifters are truly "snap on" from what I've heard, because of the cool base unit. Whether or not that's worth literally 3X or 4X the price of a cheaper **** is up to you...

The locking sleeve of the Whalen is a great feature, extremely easy to installed and remove. Another added benefit with the Whalen is its weight. The **** weighs 18 ounces which makes the shifter throw easier, also shortens the shifter by about 1". Definitely worth the price.
