Piaa Super Tera 6500k

Does anyone have information or experience with PIAA Super Tera 6500K bulbs? They are also referred to as H376's

These PIAA LED bulbs are designed to replace the stock running lights bulbs.

I spoke with Piaa USA today and they told me that these bulbs are not imported into the States. Does anyone have a source for parts from Japan?
