Any input on Size (guess that is weight)
Type (A,B,C, halon etc)
And mounting Ideas (I do have a rollbar)

My old one was a 1A 10 B C
(about 14" long and maybe 4" diamater)

This is not for bling, so a 5" chrome whipped topping canister is not what I am looking for.

I have used a extinguisher on other peoples cars, hill sides, and even at a track over the years and like to have one handy.

For track days I remove it and have it handy at my parking place.

I had a extinguisher mounted in the boot and it was (borrowed) used at a corner station at a Phil Wicks event that I went to... so now I am getting ready to replace it.

some have more stringent rules as to what you have to have. For my Mustang club, you have to have a 2.5lb Halon at a minimum, reachable by the driver....

is one vendor of systems. They do everything from little chrome jobs for street rods to fixed in place full car fire suppression systems. There are other vendors as well.

In my Mustang I use a roll-bar clamp for the bottle, in the Mini I use one of the Brae-Krause (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) seat mounts that I use on the passenger side. I got mine at Livermore Performance....
