who's got an alta gauge pod with autometer gauges? i'm installing this set up and gotta say not happy. the nv gauges are long!!! . so rather than send um back i'm fabing up some holders out of 2" pvc which slips into the pod nicely. just glue a plug on the end ; sand down smooth(it's hexagonal) ;drill a hole in plug for wires; paint flat black; slip wires through ;wire gauges and slip them in from the front. this will eliminate the lousy look of the back of the alta pod from outside the car - what wre they thinkin'?!!!
