I love the look of the black out scoop on the GP's. Does anyone sell repro's of this yet, minus the GP letters?

 

I thought about doing this myself when I first saw the GP pics. I was on the verge of ordering some matte black vinyl, but never quite got around to it.
There's definitely a market (of two!) here for something like this from a vendor.

The alternative is buying a cf scoop and getting the outer portion painted, a la misfitoy.

 

I'm actually surprised someone didn't have those out as a product before the GP's were delivered in Monterey.

why don't you tape around the unwatned point of the scoop and then spray paint the area you want to blackout? If you can spray paint properly, they will look pretty darn close to the ones on GP. I may try this one.. Hmmmmm
