Have a 2003 MC with red cloth sport seats and chrome package. Want to trade on a 2006 but red cloth sport seats are not available and the chrome package has changed (no bumperettes) to the point I do not like it.

I want to swap my 2003 stuff over to the 2006 and I assume they will. Any reason why the seats (heated) and the bumper covers will not swap?

The seats will swap over, but there was a change in the airbag sensors that may cause communication problems, you will need to sort this out.
As for the chrome bumper strips, the '05's and newer have a different bumper design that do not appear to have an indentation for these inserts, so this may not be an easy makeover.

Ok I have a similar dilemma.

I have 2003 Sport Seats with Leather--no heater

I may also have a 2005 Sport Seats with cloth and heater

Is it possible to swap the covers so that I can put the 2003 Leather on the 2005 Cloth seat frame?

Why would I do that?

1.) avoid airbag sensor issue in newer 2005
2.) would like to have heater elements on leather seats
