Interior/Exterior Cargo/Luggage Cover?

Has anyone gotten a cover to conceal the back area when the rear seats are folded down? Being in an urban area (NYC) I don't like leaving things out in the open for prying eyes... Thinking about the one from Newton ( Newton Commercial ) and wondering if anyone has gotten one, or knows of a more solid option?
