I want them to match my MINI not stand out, red on green would not look good.

That is definitely the way to do it...

Light coats with even coverage... minimizes clumping. Just be certain to allow for time for the paint to cure.

my husband and i totally remove the calipers from his car when we paint them. so it makes for a whole day thing...

after about 2 years we used paint and a brush to touch up, they were pretty chipped.

i vote for red...thats what mine will be like one day

My fronts are AP racing in red but one of these days the backs will be black.....
