I'm planning on getting a set of clear taillights for my '06 soon. But I have a couple of questions. The bulbs are set up to work with 02-04's, but there's no reverse lights in the 02-04 taillights correct? Do the 02-04's have a reverse light? Is it the one where the fog light goes in th 05-06'? Are there any dual filament bulbs in the older lights like there are in the newer ones? So, if I put the 02-04 lights in an 06 how will I have tails, brake, turn, and reverse lights all in the same unit? I have put in a clear third backup light in my fog light space, so I could do with losing those in the tiallights. Could somebody explain what lights are where in both versions of taillights?
Yeah, Ive seen your page, but do those LED bulbs have dual intensity to function as tail and brake?
I am using these bulbs and I just had to discussion with my other half who was driving behind me today(I mean just 5-min ago). He said the difference was minimal and that the third brake light on the hatch top was really the braking indicator. I would LOVE dual intensity bulbs that would make braking a bit more obvious. (why looking at doing the fog light mod)
