hi, i want to color match the plastic part for my MCS.

but i read that you can break the pieces easily. is there any DIY out there that i can use?

i need to take it off and bring it to my body shop to be painted and put it back on.

also, where is the cheapest place to get all those pieces in case i screw up and need to order it?

 

I think it is the clips that hold the arches on that break easy. You can get them cheapest at Classic MINI as far as I know. (known as the #10 clip)

 

Very easy to do! Someone posted how to awhile back. Do a search for painted arches. I followed that post, did'nt take very long to get them off. I broke nothing doing it.
