When I open and close my sunroof makes scrapping sounds. What do I lubricate the track with?

It seems to me that before doing any lubrication, you should check to see if it needs adjusting or cleaning. But then, you probably already have done that. As far as lubricants are concerned, I'll defer to others. Hope you get it resolved soon.
