I was reading a threat about trailer hitches, and had been wondering whether Mini was going to develop a small, hitched 5th wheel for the Mini and Mini S. I'd like to take the Mini on longer trips with the family, and don't want to ruin the sunroof view and utility with a roof rack. A small trailer with room for a couple of suitcases would be perfect.

Anyone know if Mini will be offering this kind of accessory?

A friend of mine pulls a trailer with Honda Intersate MC. He also has one that is a mini camper that fits two. One of these trailers would be perfect behind a MINI provided you can find away to attach a hitch to a mini.
