I have both the hot pocket from GotMini.com that fits behind the cupholders and the glove box organizer that can be more widely found. I got both of these before I even had my Cooper and their installation was the first thing I did to my MINI.

The hot pocket has velcro tabs that you can stick to the inside of the posts on the console, but I've found that it stays put just fine without using the velcro. It is a little cheap looking when taken on its own, but once in place it just kinda fades into the background, and I don't even think about it being there now. It adds quite a bit in terms of usable space behind thoses cupholders.

The glove box organizer is an absolute must!! It makes sense of the space in there, and I now have a cubby for my owner's manual, cd cases, sunglasses, etc. I think they're both great!
