OK I know people have done it... I know I need to take interior panel off... but after that and using a flashlight I am completely lost as how to take it off. Then I couldnt imagine putting it back on. ANy how-tos? or special tools required?

First - make sure the window is rolled up (of course) you need some allen wrenches and one has to be really long. peel back the black rubber cove on the inside door jam and there will be a little hole just big enough for the long allen wrench to fit through, you have to remove the bolt through that hole and guide it from the inside, that's the hardest one. The other one (closest to the door panel hole) can be worked on from the big opening with a flash light. The lock cable has a little **** on the end of it and it needs to be bent 90 degrees or so and popped out from the hinge. Hope this helps. good luck.
