Interior/Exterior removing chrome rings around headlamps

removing chrome rings around headlamps

is it possible to remove the chrome trim ring from around the headlamps? how would one do it? I want to take it off while installing lamin-x, then reinstall it.

I don't know how/if they come off. However, I had not problem installing
Lamin-x on my car without removing them.
