Painting the guages

There is someone on here who painted his guages black. Does anyone have pics, and a write up on this?

Mine; all my projects are on hold, Speedo & tach coloring, front bracket for plate (no holes in bumper) until after October. Also if you want to do it by yourself go get tranparencies... and do a layover.. but that is not what I made. Mine are free standing as in you remove the stock ones.
