Blackout...headlights...

Ok ok ok ok ok I just had this HUGE brain fart and don't know if it has been done or if it will look anygood but here goes!

is there a way you can cut vinyl for the headlights so that the vinyl color will match any of the mini colors? so you can get rid of chrome without painting, powdercoating etc... maybe even do contrasting colors like white to match your roof?

And you thought I was done... What about a vinyl blackout kit in all the mini colors to get rid of that pesky chrome beltline? all cut and ready for install?? So like a complete "blackout kit" for all colors... under... $150 (guessing on price)

Vinyl guys?

It all sounds and looks good in my head! Ok I lost it glad I wrote it down...

yes, there was a discussion on this a while back regarding beltline chrome. i have also done this using 3M pinstriping tape. it's a 1/2 thick and works perfectly for the beltline. you can get it in a matte finish that matches the rubber.
