i have a contact in japan, bond mini, you will have to email me pics or a link where i can send him the info and he'll be able to look it up as well as a price and shipping. they do not take cc but wire transfers instead. i ordered a few items from him. that is if any of you are interested.

That Gut site seems to be down. I would really like to find a unique kit to import. Anyone have anymore links to explore? I PM'd Rally...he seems to know these sites pretty good.

Queen, I usually don't like what the aftermarket offers for our taillights, but those are nice.

Care to share how you got 'em?

I like the European style better. But those are pretty cool, too. Looks good on the red...

Here are mine:

This is strictly my opinion, but it appears to be a slow year for the japanese tuners....the tuner sites that i watch havent really been showing all the crazy new mods that they used to introduce weekly.

i went to Asahiya Bookstore today since they're closing down and
found a nice j-mod book that as all of these MINI mods.
$35 book for $17 woohoo~! book's called "NewMINI Bible"
kind of like HyperRev.

i don't care to mod my car like these, but kinda cool to look at.

I've been to www.hosokawa.co.jp when I went to Japan. This place is really far, but it's in Tokyo. Hard to get to unless you're a local or know how to get around. It's actually pretty small place and not as much variety as you'd think. I was after some bits that I saw at another place, and they don't carry anything that's not "official" parts.

If you go to Esaka (an industrial suburb in Osaka), you can find another Mini shop, and this place is really good. It's about a 20-30min walk from the nearest train station. I can't remember their website, but I'll see if I can fiind it and post it up.

It's called Mini Delta or Delta Mini. http://delta-mini.net/cgi-bin/parts_shop_so1.cgi

Attached is also a photo of the shop. I took it when I was there earlier this year.

Is this a direct replacement for our cars so that we do not have to mess with all of the cutting to make these work?
