PIAA Covers

Where can I get some descent covers for the PIAA lights. Those grilles that come with them look like a couple of billboard, IMO.

Either solid or Grille without lettering.

Just a little bump, webstrands... thanks for asking the question.

Honestly, the only reason I haven't yet installed the PIAA's is those darn "billboard" covers. I like the grill concept, but having those logos that are bigger than the car itself ruins it all. I've looked and looked and looked, and I haven't come up with an alternative. The best I could think of was painting the PIAA logo black, hoping it blended in a bit better. I'll be curious to see if others have better ideas... I didn't like mine very much at all!

Unfortunately, PIAA doesn't offer a traditional style cover to fit the 540 lamps. One thought I had was to make some soft vinyl covers (like a Colgan bra) with elastic in them for the lights. This would require taking them off in order to use the lights (which I do anyway, since the grills do cut down light output slightly).

However, I only use the covers about half the time and I've learned to not think about them too much...
