Bluetooth on the MFSW

Hi All,

I need some help and I was hoping you MINI experts out there could help me. I have an 05 MINI Cooper S with Harmon Kardon and a MFSW. My steering wheel doesn't have the phone buttons on the steering wheel but does have cruise and the radio buttons. I would like to add bluetooth to my MINI but was wondering if I could get the phone buttons added to my steering wheel.

The bluetooth option wasnt shipping when I ordered my MINI.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob

I am in the same boat as you so I bought an aftermarket Nokia Bluetooth kit.

The only other option is to buy a new steering wheel. Either buy one from MINI (don't know the cost) or wait for someone to get rid of theirs and buy it from them.

CustomAV,
How do you like your Bluetooth kit? Any pictures? Is it wired so the sound comes through the car speakers, and does it mute the radio?

I like it!

Here is the link to the pics I have on another thread.

I used the wiring harness from newministuff.com and it mutes the radio and plays through the car speakers
