Interior/Exterior TVFree for NAV

TVFree for NAV
Has anyone seen this TVFree module? It says it works with the MINI navigation system.
I did a search but couldn't find any posts on it. How does it hook in? Does this have a
TV tuner included? I have the AUX port, would I still be able to use this? It's a decent
price but the descriptions are kind of weird.
