I putting my Pole Position in my MCS this weekend, does any know how to shut off the light after install or can I bring it back to the dealership and have them reset it? Any tips?

Look at step number 7.
Here's the correct resistor with no soldering involved.
I found a 3.3 OHM 2 watt resistor at my local electronics store that has wire that's a perfect fit for the airbag connector. it's made by NTE Electronics (www.NTEINC.COM) and the part number is 2W3D3.
Hope this helps anyone installing an aftermarket seat. I had no problems whatsovever. The wires on the resistor are a perfect (i.e. snug) fit into the wiring harness connector. Just bend the wires on each end of the resistor at ninety degrees so they line up with the holes in the socket and push them in as far as they will go. Wrap the whole connector and exposed wires with electrical tape.
As far as I know there's no way to stop the SRS light from comming on other than with a resistor. I guess you could remove the airbag from your seat and plug it in but that would be potentially dangerous and would ruin your OEM seat.
Trust me go the resistor route.
