Morimoto HID kit help

So thanks to the great response from esctunning I ordered myself some new headlights and HID’s. I opted for the morimoto h7 with 55w ballasts from retrofitment. It came with the ballasts,5500k bulb, stand-alone canbus, igniter and bulb wire. Everyone I connect them they obviously don’t turn on. When turn it to the first light dial only the very bottom stock ones turn on. If I switch to driving lights the bottom stock bulbs turn off and neither work. I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ll include pictures of the my wire setup I used. The cambus has a h7 adapter that couldn’t connect to any connect I have so simply took it off. Also the spade connected are confusing me. In what orientation should they go. Where does the orange and black go into. Red to brown black and black to yellow? Not sure. Any help would be great!

Plug the plug that goes to the ballast in reverse. Yes it wont click anymore but most likely will turn on. This is the plug to the ballast that is not braided (and has the red/black wires sticking out)

Thanks for the reply. As the same time you replied so did morimoto themselves. I simply just had to remove the canbus wiring. Then they simply worked. Then after work in freezing weather they wouldn’t fully turn on. They just had constant flickering of the bulbs? But this morning they worked with no issue! Somethings weird 😕

You have to code your car to monitor the HIDs so they don’t flicker. You can do it yourself, there’s a thread on coding somewhere in here

That makes sense. Off topic but I found out I have major electrical issues. My ac/heat, radio, rear wiper and windshield water pump don’t work since I bought the car. That should have been a hint. Then after I installed the pump they all worked fine and then shut off after I turned the ignition off. 😰
