I have an ALL Black MCS and am thinking about stripes. Does anyone have pictures of a striped all black Mini to share? I am not sure what would look good or even if it would look good at all.

 

cooperflags.com makes ghost black stripes (matt black)....which might be
to your preference.

I kinda prefer the blk/blk stripe-less.

 

They also have the frost stripes like I have on my VR. I think they're pretty sweet!

 

The thing that looks best on black are dark silver stripes. I would steer clear of white, and black may simply be too invisible to matter.

Have stripes made in a custom color. Maybe gold, or even red. Different is good

 

silver would be pretty sharp looking or some form of steel grey or the like.

stay clear of white

as stated above, black would probably be a waste of money ( it would look like white pinstriping on the hood anyway.
you may want to consider a single offset stripe (hood and boot) they look pretty sharp. a couple of folks have them in pics on this site.

 

I have always liked all black Mini's with no stripes, but am tempted since I like them so much on other cars. What about having ghost stripes painted on? You would only see them at certain angles.

 

I have been VERY tempted to get black/white checkerboard bonnet stripes for Wanda....OR....chrome stripes! LOL! I got the UJ sunroof flag, and that is really sweet! Time will tell.....

I just installed silver stripes on front and back with white edges on my g/f's black/black cooper. it looks AMAZING!! remind me to snap some photos this weekend and i'll attach them. it has completely transformed her car.

 

How bout some viper stripes?
