Just installed my Lamin-X tinted precut film from RSpeed, for my tail lights and fender flare side marker lights. Looks awesome. So much better.
But I have been pondering doing the headlights as well. Looked around the sponser directory, but came up with nothing except for Moss MINI which has some tinting film kits for headlights, but lights without the washer sprayers. So that doesn't work for me. As well I saw tuners that offered clear, blue nd yellow tinting kits. Also, I don't want a tint that's too dark. Just lightly smoked. So I was pondering just doing the work myself with a can of spray paint or something. Was just curious to see if maybe someone out there has already tinted their lights and how it looks, and what they used. Did a search and came up with members that have tinted their tail lights, and side markers, but haven't seen any smoked headlights jobs. Just ones with the yellow or blue tint. Not what I want though. So if you have them smoked, could you share some pics and info, please? I know it's illegal, but it doesn't bother me. I just want a light tint for the headlights so there'll still be adequate light shining through the tint film.
