Jack Pads

I hope I'm posting this question in the right subforum.

My stock jack pads are gnarled up and I'd like to replace them. I know now that there inserts or adapters one can use to prevent this from happening, but I still would like to replace them with these:

My question is how do you take them off? Is there a how-to that I just haven't found here?

For the jack pad , pull the center plug down and then wiggle and pull the jack pad off.

For the stock ones you pull the pin out of the center then pop off the pads.

If you are looking for an upgrade check out our TSW machined aluminum pads.

Just want to follow up on this. Mine is a 2011 MCS. The stock jack pads didn't have center plugs that you can pull to release the whole thing. I had to pry them off and pretty much break them off the car using the claw of a hammer. Kind of like this video:

Maybe someone swaped the other BMW version ones in ? Should be the plug style above. Do you have a body kit ?

Um, I bought this car brand new with no body kits. Regardless, the one you posted above is what I have on now and I like them because they don't look cheap.
