Interior/Exterior Rear Fog Lights

Rear Fog Lights
I am in the Millitary and I have been looking at other bases that we would like to go. One of the bases saind any vehicle that is a 1995 and newer needs to have rear fog lights. So I am wondering where I can get the reat fog lights for my 2004 MCS. I don't want to go through the dealer. I can install everything myself. I am also looking for a place to order the Alarm system components also. anywhere besides the dealer.
