I've read threads on removing a number of stickers on the MINI but I haven't found one about the roof Union Jack. Can it be removed with some heat and a clay bar?

I'm thinking of purchasing a car with the roof decal and I haven't decided if I want to keep it or not so I'd like to know my options before I put my money down!

 

Assuming it is vinyl all you need is a hair dryer. Start at one edge and just start pulling it back as it softens. Pulling straight back instead of up works better as you pass the heat along the fold.

 

Good to know! This leaves me so many more options in case I'm not feeling the Union Jack!
