Interior/Exterior Removing 2014 Paceman Tailight Rings and Grille???

Removing 2014 Paceman Tailight Rings and Grille???
So we just traded in our 2011 CM on a 2014 Paceman and I want to plasti dip the grille and taillight rings.....but the taillight rings do not come off like the Countryman.....I also want to remove front grille to plasti dip as well.....anyone done it and have a "How To"?????
