Hi there Somaj, this is awesome information, thank you for taking the time to document the steps. I'm going to the dealer in an hour to pick my MINI up (after 3 bloody months since ordering!). And in about 2 weeks we are closing on another house, so I'll be a little busy in the near term, but I will look into doing this in the near future. I love what you've done. Thanks again. Mike

I think this is my final version.....replaced the whole sill with one piece of plexi glass
