Hi would be buying a used aero kit (front bumper and side skirt) would just like to ask if i need these parts 63136920889 and 51110397175 for the front bumper. (63136920889 i'm not sure if this is a new part for aero kit or if my car has this)

specifically this part number 51110397175 do i need this if the bottom part of the bumper is like this already?

That pic is of an Aero bumper. If your buying a new/used one it may or may not come with the black grilles. If yours are in good shape you could take them out of this one and put in the next one.. Not sure if that answers your question or not..
