Interior/Exterior Wheel Touch-up Paint
I have a few rock chips in my silver 17" wheels on my MCS. I checked with my dealer to see if they had touch-up paint for the wheels, they don't! Does anyone know of touch-up paint for my wheels................HELP
-or- go to a plastic model store and find some silver enamel paint and mix
black to get it darker to match your wheel color. touch it up with a tooth pick
or a brush (if paint is loose). Let it dry for 15min, then take some clearcoat
and lightly brush on after the enamel is dry.
Let it dry over night and then use some rubbing compound or ScratchX until
it shines.

Perfect match
I had a long 9" nasty scrape on the rim of a silver S-Lite. The Dupli-Color Scratch Fix, Silver Frost for a Ford (#NG FM 341) is a perfect match. Sand smooth, apply a few coats of silver. Apply the clear coat. Let cure for a few days, wet sand with 1200 grit paper, and finish with polishing compound. Scratch undetectable!
