Does anyone know if the front lips are functional?

If I had to guess i would say yes, but only because Hamann is such a reputable company among BMW tuning. Anyone have any real info on this subject?

I got mine from mini spares out of the UK and it came out to 409 USD, but........shipping and import fees cost 159 USD alone. And on top of that it was broke in half! But I luckly know someone in body repair and he fixed it and painted it. If you do find one at the right price make sure and insure it to save the hastle of grtting it fixed. Also since the Euro rate is so bad right now the price may be a little high. Oh ya one more thing, if your not good at installing things, the instructions won't help b/c there in German! Wheel Power is the importer here in the U.S.. whell power
Good Luck, it does look great and gets a lot of attention

If you are looking for a spolier you might want to try this. Its under $ 300 and you can install it yourself. It is adjustable as well via the stainless steel supports. it is being sold by M7 tuning. It rides a bit higher than the Hamman and I have 2000 miles on it so far without a scratch. At any speed about 70 you ca ncertailny begin to efeel the effects. At about 100 with both the rear wing and front splitter working the car actually feels heavier in a good way and more stable than I would have imagined. We are actually going to be upping our spring rates a bit for the track to compensate. These are just some quick snap shots that I took but hopefully you get theh idea. Randy
