Dotcom racing Xenons

Im gonna be converting my stock headlights to some Xenons. They just look so sexy! But looking at the prices they seem to be pretty high. I found this seller through ebay. The prices are right and checking some reviews on ebay and some other car forums they seem to be decent. Some good some bad. Just wondering what you all think? Heres the lights by the way.

do it right or don't do it at all. Either get xenon's or do a retrofit.

Looking at their web site and looking carefully at the pictures, it looks like these are halogen projector headlights. Not xenon HID. There is an implication that you can buy a HID conversion kit to replace the halogen bulbs.

These may be better than putting HID in a stock halogen headlight but as said be careful.
The reflector of the HIDs on cars is different than the halogen. So putting an HID bulb in a non-HID reflector will almost always cause blinding of on coming drivers.
Projector halogen reflectors are different most of the time but not always. The projectors keep the light in the same place with either halogen or HID (again most of the time).
