Removing OEM driving lights

Going to do a different hood grill and went to take the OEM driving lights off and the connectors holding the lights to the bracket are like nothing I've ever seen. Look like a screw head with a small hole in it. I have no idea how these come off. At first I thought it was a Torx but when I got io close it's a very small hole

they are rivets. You have to drill them out carefully with a bit a size or two larger than the hole, then the head pops off and to can tap out the rest.
