Has anyone tried (or have knowledge of) the Eclipse Sunshade sold by AGS (see https://www.agsint.com/main.htm). What seems cool about these is that they pull from the driver and passenger side windshield posts where they are attached (and where they stow when not in use). I'm worried about how they look when not in use.

Any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Never even seen these, but the sunshade I use is one of those pair of disk things I got from Walmart for about $7. Works great!, and when folded down it fits perfectly in the mesh pocket on the back of the passenger seat.

I got a MINI sunshade (the rigid one) and it does seem to have trouble staying in place behind the visors. It also knocks my rear-view mirror out of whack every time I put it in place or remove it. Very odd fit. Other than that it is pretty well made...and besides, I'm a sucker for that MINI logo on it. I would get another one.

That website looks really sketchy. What's with the System 48 and various types of counseling they offer?

Just get something that gets in the way of the sunlight and you'll be fine.

I have the rigid factory sunshade and like it. It does sit back an inch or two at the top but that is no big deal. As far as knocking the rear view mirror I think that depends how you have it adjusted or how much care you take installing it on the dash. Not an issue IMHO.

I was P.M.'d and asked for a web sight showing the sunshade. You can find it on the miniusa websight under build your own, interior accessories. Here are a couple quick pictures I just snapped. Hope it helps.

If you look carefully you can see it sitting back a little bit at the top. No big deal.
