Let me know what you think about this. My car is Dark Silver/Black...the graphics would go from the hood scoop up to the windshield...from the front light to the back light...and from the center of the rear hatch to the rear window...

My guess is that you wish you'd ordered a solid black Mini with little bits of dark silver here and there.

Only kidding, think it looks good so far. I'd have to see the finished product before I'd say I definitely like it. It'll be unique either way.

Yeah, I kinda wish I did go all black, but this will be a nice balance with the graphics, and then the wheels I eventually want to get...

I think it would look cool...more distinguished than standard stripes!

try leaving the line going to the rear the same thickness along the chrome trim, 1" or so...I would do this to keep the angled line or "wedge" look intact...

I saw a car on the JCW Challenge site that had a similar line on the bonnet except that it almost followed the line of the standard stripes and then curved under the lights like you have it...his was a white car with lime green stripes but it looked cool with all the racing stickers...

Try one without the scoop stripe, too...

I am going to buy the 1/16 scale MINI model (by Monogram?) and do up the paint scheme on it...let us know how it turns out...or models out

I think it's an interesting concept.
Are you gonna do it yourself or bring it to a graphic shop ??
As was previously stated... something a bit diff is always good....as that's what these cars are all about to me

Peace,
D

Looks good to me.

I toyed with trying to recreate the Williams BMW F1 stripe on the bonnet but was talked out of it by the guys at Car Vogue but now sometimes wish I had stuck to my guns. If I had a White MINI I probably would do it.

Unique is great and definately this car can handle novel ideas.

I think it would look sick. Try it, it's only graphics not paint. Do what you want, mini owners are never told what to do!

Given the way Black MINI's show dirt, your design might be a pretty good alternative. It has a decent amount of Black, but not in the big "dirt attracting areas!"

Thanks for the approval guys. I am probably going to go down the graphics shop when spring starts to come in and see what they can do...
