I borrowed a Saris Bones from a fellow MM.org member so that I can take my bike with me to MTTS. (He has a R53.) However, it appears that on the R56 MCS, the rear spoiler/upper boot lid is much thicker than on the R53, and I can't seem to get the upper hooks into the crease and get the boot closed without bending either the hooks or the roof.

Has anyone managed to put this rack on a R56 MCS before? If so, how did you do it?
