Interior/Exterior Changing the seats?

OK seat gurus, could someone explain to me the difference between the MINI Cooper S sport seats and the Clubman sport seats?
I got a Clubman loaner today which has the standard vinyl sport seats, and they are so much more comfortable than the seats in my MINI Cooper S punch leather sport seats.
I noticed the Clubman seats didn't have lumbar support - I didn't miss it, as the seats were very supportive.
Is it the same seat? If so, the positioning must be different.
Thoughts?
