I use to buy color matched spray paint from MinSpeed, way back when. Now that it looks like Pete's no longer in business, where can I find paint that matches Indie Blue?

 

We carry them and have almost every color in stock. I just don't have them on the website yet. Call me at the shop tomorrow and I'll ship you a can.

www.paintscratch.com - had very good luck with them matching the paint on my old 2000 Impreza 2.5RS, 2002 WRX, and 1972 Corvette. Got them in aerosol cans.

I like the paint match and color depth much better. The nozzles on their cans give a much more even pattern also.

It is a clear coat system and must be sprayed with clear after the color base coat --- the end results is very good.

The most important thing is the prep --- a finish sanded smooth with 1000 grit -- cleaned with a good paint prep cleaner and then prime or spray adhesion promoter before starting with color.
