Time for plates on my 2010, but I didn't like how the bumper looked with the tow hook cover removed for my plate holder. So my imagination kicked in and took some measurements...drilled a 1" hole...used a hole grommet...and produced a grommet sealed, cover plate "in place" license plate holder mount. I think it looks pretty "OEM" if you ask me.

Do you have a template that can go over the OEM cover to get the hole in the correct place. That would be very helpful to the rest of us that would like to do this.

And what/where did you get the grommet.
