need help headlights

hey everyone..

i just recieved my set of HID fogs and upgraded d2s from khoalty.com DDMtuning brand for my mini... i need help or a step by step on how to install these things.. i have a 06 MCS with xenons.. so how do i go about to change my D2s bulbs... and how do i install my fogs also... any help is needed thanx...

Are you just replacing the D2R bulbs ?

What kind of foglights did you purchase, is this just a HID conversion kit for H11 ?

This is how it works for the Xenons I have......02-04. Some of this may be same as yours.

Open the bonnet.

There is a large rubber cover on back of each headlight housing. Pull the rubber cover off and let it dangle.

Unplug the bulb.

Remove the HID bulb in same manner as removing a H1 bulb. There are two wire looms which are locked in holding the bulb's plate against the bulb seat. You have to pinch it to get it from the locked position.

Don't touch the bulbs !!

Old one comes out, new one goes in same way. Line up the indents of the bulb plate with the housing seat to make sure it is aligned properly. Then resecure the wire tabs against the back of the bulb plate...plug the wires back into the new bulb. Seal up the back rubber cap.

Very easy.

Are you installing an HID Conversion kit for you OEM fogs ?

for xenons are d2S .. yes I'm installing hid kit H11 into my fogs.
