Hey guys--I have the mat's, but no discs for the floor.
Are the discs supposed to come with the mat's, or do I have order those from the dealer and pay extra?

If you didn't get the discs with your mats, you should be able to get them free at the dealership.
You can also just buy some adhesive backed velcro and stick the hook half to the bottom of the mats, it will grip the carpet. I use industrial strength velcro on my passenger side mat.
